What are Earthly Angels Agency fees? 

 Agency Fee for Surrogacy (US clients):      $4,000 
 International Clients please add:               $   500

If you need EA to locate a sperm or egg donor:    $1,500 (discount if needing more than one service)

 

What do we need to do before EA can begin the matching process?
You must complete all 4 steps below:

*Complete an application/profile
*Have phone Interview
*Sign contract with Earthly Angels
*Pay partial agency fee of $2,000 (remainder due when you sign the contract with your Surrogate)

 We will begin assisting you with the entire process, step by step including, but not limited to:

*You can decide if there is a suitable Surrogate for you that's on the available list. If not, we will begin advertising for you until prospective matches are found.

*During this time if the Intended Father will need to have a semen analysis if his sperm will be used.

*Once a prospective match is found, you will be sent the Surrogate's profile and yours will be sent to her.

*If both parties still think it's a possible match, I will schedule a phone conference with all parties (agency, IPs and Surrogate).

*If both parties feel like it's a definite match after the conference, I will:
Locate attorneys, doctors, clinics, insurance plans, if needed.

*Get the escrow account set up.

*Work out the Surrogacy agreement and submit the info to the attorney that is needed to draft the Surrogacy contract.

*Help with getting appointments scheduled for any additional testing that the clinic requires for the IPs and Surrogate.

If it will be a traditional surrogacy, I will begin tracking her cycle for IUI or home insemination. If for home insems, I will let you and the surrogate know when the home inseminations will need to be done, and also give the Surrogate detailed instructions on how to do the insemination. 

*If the Intended Mom is interested in breast feeding, I will locate a lactation consultant in your area.

 

When will the Surrogate find out if she is pregnant?
Most Surrogates will take home pregnancy tests starting approximately 7 days after the procedure, but the actual pregnancy will be confirmed with a blood test 10 days after the IUI/home inseminations or IVF.

When will the Surrogate's compensation begin?
At approximately 6 weeks gestation, the Surrogate will go to a clinic for an ultrasound to confirm that a viable heart beat has been detected. EA will send the first comp payment within 10 after the ultrasound confirmation report has been received, and on the first of each month thereafter.

   *Keep track of all the surrogate's appointments by getting the report faxed to me (for any visits the IPs cannot attend for their protection)

* I will personally work out any/all issues that arise during the journey to the best of my ability to ensure that everyone involved has a wonderful experience.

* If a pre-birth order has been issued, I will speak with the hospital administration to ensure everything goes smoothly during the delivery with the Intended Parents' names being placed on the birth certificate.

 

*Our services offered use to be available to Clients until their baby was taken home from the hospital, now we have decided to extend it until everything has been finalized, for up to 6 months after the birth!!!!!!

(These costs are figured using a first time Surrogate/Egg Donor with average comp packages, and average clinical fees for IVF/IUI)

Traditional Surrogacy: (includes EA agency fee, legal fee for contract review only, first time Surrogate's compensation, extras, and at least one IUI or home insemination) between $30,000-$35,000 (attorney fees can be an additional $5,000-8,000 for pre-birth orders)

Gestational Surrogacy: (includes EA agency fee, legal fees for contract review only, first time Surrogate's compensation, extras and one round of IVF) between $40,000-$45,000 (attorney fees can be an additional $5,000-8,000 for pre-birth orders)

Gestational Surrogacy with a first time Egg Donor: (includes EA agency fee, legal fees for contract review only, first time ED comp, meds & retrieval) add an additional $8,000 or so (attorney fees can be an additional $5,000-8,000 for Pre-birth orders)

Sperm Donation through a bank: $1,500-$2,000 for 3 vials
